Faces Without Races (Malaysia Day Run)

Our annual event began from the Amphitheatre and finished at Damai Sentral was brought to the public arena with the theme “Faces Without Races”.

It started out as a private run three years ago and has grown to include more people, though still limited in size due to limitations on logistics. It was even a mini-international Run with visitors from KL and one runner from Germany!

The weather was excellent the whole morning with cool breezes (having rained the previous day) along the way. In all, everyone overcame their personal challenges and enjoyed the run!

Sitting Right!

Have you ever noticed that when someone sits or stands the correct way they actually look 10 years younger? Yes, our posture is like a window to our health, much like our eyes are the windows to our souls.

It’s a well-known fact that good posture conveys confidence, poise, and leadership skills. But how you look is not as important as how you really are: poor posture often contributes to back and neck pain, tightness, stiffness, and increased injuries among other drawbacks.

Thankfully there are many simple exercises and stretches you can incorporate into your daily routine that will align your muscles and body properly allowing efficient movement.
